These terms apply when you use AEDOC, a document-recovery product from FirstLight Labs. By using the service, you agree to these terms.

Using AEDOC

You may upload only documents you own or are authorized to process. Do not use AEDOC to break the law, infringe another person's rights, distribute harmful material, probe the service, or interfere with other customers. You are responsible for keeping access to your sign-in account secure.

Recovery results

AEDOC makes conservative repair attempts, but not every damaged file or missing piece of content can be recovered. Always review a recovered document before relying on it, and keep an independent copy of your original file. Diagnostic results and previews are informational and are not a guarantee of complete recovery.

Purchases

Diagnosis is free within the usage allowance shown in your account. When a recoverable result is available, a Rescue Pass unlocks that recovered document and its complete report for the price shown at checkout, plus any applicable tax. Checkout presents the final total before you pay.

Availability and changes

We may update, suspend, or discontinue parts of AEDOC to maintain security, reliability, or the product. We may also update these terms; the date above identifies the current version.
